Loch Lomond Shores mall undergoing £100k refurbishment ahead of reopening

The mall at Loch Lomond Shores is set for a £100,000 refurbishment project.

Kemble Business Park LLP, owners of the popular Balloch attraction, began work in early March – with an exterior and interior makeover.

The project will include improvements to loch-side store frontages as well as a significant internal works that includes ambient lighting, complete redecoration as well as new flooring.

“Loch Lomond Shores is a five-star rated attraction and visitors deserve a great shopping experience and this refurbishment is our commitment to providing just that.

“Having spent many months working closely with architects and designers to create our vision for The Mall at Loch Lomond Shores, we are confident that this hard work will create an appealing shopping environment for visitors.”

Architects Corstorphine and Wright are the firm who has designed the new look for the mall and The Bell Group will undertake the refurbishment works.

Loch Lomond Shores is providing the stunning backdrop to the new drama.

Commenting on the project, Lee Hamill, sales director for the Bell Group added: “We are absolutely delighted to be given the opportunity to work at Loch Lomond Shores.

“Having spent many summer days visiting myself I appreciate that the Bell Group have been trusted to carry out the works.”

The refurbishment Is set to take around six weeks, with the aim of completing by the end of April – just in time to welcome shoppers back after current lockdown restrictions are relaxed.
