This is the moment anti-vaccine campaigners stormed the A38 Bristol Street in Birmingham city centre.
A huge crowd of demonstrators lined the carriageway near the Alexandra Theatre while a massive crowd rallied onto the road.
Officers at the scene could be seen trying to control the protesters on Saturday, July 24.
A video has captured the dramatic moment motorists came across the rally as they hilariously began to chant their support for the Pfizer coronavirus vaccination while driving past.

West Midlands Police has warned of severe delays following the ‘freedom gathering’.
The large protest has caused congestion on the A38 leading to severe delays after demonstrators moved near to the Mailbox.
It is believed the demonstration was being held by the People’s Freedom Alliance under the banner of a worldwide rally for freedom.
In a poster advertising the rally it calls for an end to lockdown, face masks, covid passports, the track and trace app, vaccines for children and the repeal of the Coronavirus Act 2020.
From July 19, Prime Minister Boris Johnson gave the go-ahead for most lockdown restrictions in England to be lifted.
The Birmingham Police team tweeted: “We are aware of a large protest in Birmingham city centre which is currently ongoing.
“There are severe delays on the A38 so we would advise people to avoid the area. Police are monitoring the situation to ensure the safety of the public.
