Zayn Malik is not known for his outspoken nature but seems to have found his voice in a bizarre collection of new music.

The former One Direction star took to Twitter to release a trio of rap tracks called Yellow Tape in which he takes a swipe at X Factor mogul Simon Cowell, rap star Kanye West and even the Queen.

Zayn, whose has a daughter with model Gigi Hadid, posted the songs in a Dropbox link, meaning anyone could listen to them for free.

On his track Believe Me, Zayn lays into X Factor boss Simon’s record label, rapping: “Glad we left the Syco.”

X Factor fans won’t forget that it was Simon’s show that put the uber successful One Direction together.

Zayn tell fans ‘f*** the Queen’

While Simon may be used to the jibes, someone who probably wasn’t expecting to be targeted by the 28-year-old is the Queen.

Zayn, who met the Queen at the Royal Variety Show in 2012, raps: “F* the Queen, she gon’ knight ’em for their violence.”

And just when you think the coast is clear Zayn’s tirade continues – this time with rap legend himself Kanye West.

On the song Grimex, Zayn sings: “F* Kanye, beat him by farting.”

While causing a furore on social media Zayn’s tirade did not go down well with his record label as RCA may have removed the link to the songs shortly after Zayn shared them.

The 28-year-old became a dad for the first time last year when girlfriend Gigi, 26, gave birth to their daughter in September.

The musician says he now spends all his days looking after the two women in his life – but is able to work on his records in the evening.

Opening up about his new family Zayn explained that he and Gigi have found the perfect balance for work and home life.

He said on the Zach Sang podcast: “I’ve spent a lot of time with my little girl and my missus.

“When I can get the evening to myself I do a bit of writing and [Gigi] is really cool about it.”

Zayn’s foray into a rap is a first for the singer and while Simon, Kanye and the Queen might be ducking for cover, he also speaks about his life has changed since becoming a father.

In “Believe Me”, he says, “Me, I’m feeling grown, since I had my daughter. Now I had to change my goals and become a father and I learned this on my own. This is the life I chose.”
