Kim Kardashian has revealed her four children have very different styles and has shared that her daughter North is a “full goth girl” with a fondness for rock music and fake inkings
Kim Kardashian has lifted the lid on her daughter North West’s likes and dislikes.
The Keeping Up With The Kardashians star is mother to four kids – North, eight, Saint, five, Chicago, three, and two-year-old Psalm – with estranged husband Kanye West and has opened up on how her firstborn is a “full goth girl.”
Proud mum Kim says that North loves to listen to rock music – with the famous offspring’s favourite band being Black Sabbeth – and adds that she often sports fake tattoos in order to complete her goth image.
During an appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Kim, 40, shared on North’s fondness of the subculture as she discussed the differences between her four children.
When asked by host Ellen about a recent social media photo showing Chicago flaunting her girlie side, Kim told: “She is my girliest girl that loves pink and purple and makeup.”
Highlighting the children all having their own sense of style, she added: “All my kids are so different. North is like goth—she’s into Hot Topic. She puts fake tattoos on her face, and she listens to Black Sabbath, and she’s just like a full goth girl.”
Kim continued: “Saint is like video game, tech wiz—like, amazing. And Psalm is really into Paw Patrol and Cars . Like, every kid is so different. But Chi-Ci is my little princess. Anything princess, anything girly girl—that’s her.”
Elsewhere during the interview, Kim also opened up on how North pines to be an only child.
“North, I thought she was gonna grow out of this like, ‘I want to be an only child’ phase,” Kim shared.
“She hasn’t. It’s a struggle even to go to school. There’ll be times when she’s like, ‘I’m not riding in the car with my brother.’ So morning drop-off has to be a fun thing, and luckily, so many of our friends and cousins, they all live in the same neighborhood, so I’m the carpool mom.”
Kim detailed how she has to “to separate the kids because [North] wants her own music, she wants her own vibe, she wants to sing with her [friends]. So I have to trade off. It’s always a thing—bribes.”
In August, Kim shared a selfie with North where the little girl’s face could be seen covered in fake tattoos.
In the snaps, North appeared to be wearing a collection of temporary tattoos – including a crescent moon and spiders on her face and a barbed wire arm band.
Kim simply captioned her latest Instagram post with an alien emoji.
Fans were keen on the fashionable child’s latest look as it was debuted on her mother’s social media account.
“So cute!” commented one Instagram user underneath the post, with another fan declaring the pair to be “the cutest duo”.
“I think it’s great she lets her express herself how she wants,” a third added, praising the star’s parenting skills.
