‘Killer’ teen Aiden Fucci & his mom Crystal Smith both in court today

AIDEN Fucci and his mother, Crystal Smith, are both scheduled to appear in court today.

Fucci has been charged with murder over the brutal death of 13-year-old Tristyn Bailey. He faces a pretrial hearing on Wednesday morning.

Bailey was found dead in woodland near Fucci’s home on Mother’s Day having been stabbed 114 times after her family reported her missing.

Fucci, who is being prosecuted as an adult despite his age, told cops an argument erupted between the pair as they walked back from a friend’s house in the early hours of the morning.

It comes after new video emerged showing Fucci walking with Bailey on the night she was killed.

Another shocking video released by the State Attorney’s Office on Tuesday shows what investigators allege is Fucci’s mother, Crystal Smith, washing blood off of her son’s jeans.

She allegedly washed the trousers while her son was being interviewed by deputies.

After the jeans and a drain in his home tested positive for blood, Smith was charged with evidence tampering in connection with Bailey’s death.

  • ‘COLD-BLOODED MURDER’

“This is a cold-blooded murder by an individual who, I’m not even gonna give his name. He doesn’t even deserve for his name to be mentioned,” Sheriff Rob Hardwick said during a press conference earlier this month.

  • LAST SEEN

Tristyn was last seen Sunday, May 9 at roughly 1.15am near the North Amenity Center, according to reports.

She was reported missing by her family at 10am on Sunday morning beginning a 16 hour search for the teenager.

Her body was found later that day by a neighbor in the woods near her Durbin Crossing home.

  • MURDER WEAPON

Larizza also confirmed that investigators recovered what they believe to be the murder weapon: a folding buck knife, which was recovered in a pond.

  • HOW DID TRISTYN BAILEY DIE?

St. Johns County Sheriff Robert Hardwick confirmed Tristyn’s body was found.

Bailey was found stabbed to death in a wooded area near her home in St. Johns County on May 9.

During a news conference on Thursday, May 27, Florida State Attorney R.J. Larizza said Tristyn was stabbed 114 times with 49 of those wounds sustained to her hands and arms.

  • FUCCI’S MOM ALLEGEDLY WASHED HIS JEANS

Another shocking video released by the State Attorney’s Office on Tuesday shows what investigators allege is Fucci’s mother, Crystal Smith, washing blood off of her son’s jeans.

She allegedly washed the pants while her son was being interviewed by deputies.

After the jeans and a drain in his home tested positive for blood, Smith was charged with evidence tampering in connection with Bailey’s death.

  • VIDEO EVIDENCE

In August, new video showed Fucci walking with Bailey on the night she was killed.

Florida prosecutors allege that the new video evidence shows Fucci walking with the cheerleader then running alone later that same night.

The video of Bailey and Fucci allegedly walking toward a wooded area in their neighborhood after midnight came from a neighbor’s surveillance camera, according to The Daily Mail.

  • PHOTO CIRCULATING

A photograph that was circulating on social media following Tristyn’s death appeared to have been posted on Aiden’s Snapchat account showing him in the back of a cop car, holding up a peace sign with the caption “hey guys has inybody [sic] seen Tristyn lately”.

Police confirmed the image was being reviewed as potential evidence in the case.

  • WHAT IS FUCCI CHARGED WITH?

The decision to charge Aiden Fucci with first-degree murder came from a grand jury, which met in secret Thursday, May 27 morning.

First-degree murder charges automatically move the case to adult court.

The 14-year-old is the only suspect in the murder of his classmate.
