Michael Bisping has aimed a dig at Conor McGregor, claiming the Irishman has damaged his legacy.

The pair have been embroiled in a bitter feud which began when the 33-year-old Irishman claimed to have earned a commission from the Briton’s previous fights at the tail end of his career.

McGregor has recently engaged in several Twitter rows in previous days, with his latest series of tweets at Bisping joining a tirade of deleted tweets at stars such as rival Khabib Nurmagomedov and YouTube star Jake Paul.

But former UFC champion Bisping has responded to McGregor labelling his tweets have “gone as quick as his legacy”.

“It’s ok mate. That seems to be the general consensus these days. Don’t know what’s getting deleted quicker. His tweets or his legacy,” wrote Bisping mockingly towards McGregor on his Twitter profile.

The Irishman was quick to respond back to Bisping with a picture of a commercial plane captioned: “The only legacy I give a f*** about is the Legacy 5000 my mother flies around on.”

Bisping then targeted the Irishman about his money reference: “Money doesn’t make you a man little guy. Besides, even if you stood on your wallet I’d still be a bigger man than you,” he added.

McGregor quickly responded to end the feud, “Ahahah a real man wouldn’t sprint from his hometown after they come knocking on his mother’s door bro. Don’t forget that one big man in the U.S.”

“Crunch time and you dipped.”

“Knock knock, who’s there. Not Mike anyway he’s just done the back wall hahahahah,” McGregor finished.

McGregor suffered defeat in his last bout against Dustin Poirier at UFC 264 in the opening round, but explained his plan to pursue a world title shot with Kamaru Usman after recovery from his injury.

The Dubliner has also engaged in a feud with former UFC heavyweight Daniel Cormier, but Bisping has warned the Irishman that he would be ripped ‘limb-from-limb’ by the American.

Who will McGregor fight next on his return? Comment below

“Careful what you wish for — careful who you’re picking fights with,” Bisping said on his Believe You Me podcast.

“Because I’m not disrespecting Conor McGregor, but I don’t care what Conor McGregor it is, whether it’s double-champ Conor McGregor (or what). DC is gonna f—king pull you limb from limb.

“He could do it one-handed, he could do it with one eye, two eyes, no eyes,” Bisping continued. “He could do it after 25 Modelos. That ain’t a fight. That is murder, that is assault, somebody call the cops!”

Usman has also since responded to McGregor’s proposed assault on his world title belt, referring to the ‘pipe’ that McGregor was pictured smoking.

“Spark who?? You must be talking about that pipe you’ve been smoking. Unlike you, if I’m gonna talk shit ill @ U. Now be quiet before I call Poirier or Khabib or Diaz to finish you again” Usman posted on social media.

McGregor has been included in YouTube star Paul’s ‘hit-list’ who has revealed that he would love to fight McGregor despite it not holding the ‘same spunk’.
