Ex-EastEnders actress Tamzin Outhwaite, 50, has shared a sweet message for her boyfriend, Tom Child, as he celebrates his 30th birthday.
The actress, who played Mel Owen in EastEnders, posted a snap of her smiling partner, partly obscured by two drinks, to her Instagram.
The post read: “Happy birthday @tc_childie… 30 years old today … Love you my rock, friend, co parent, lover, you make our world a better place . Living vicariously through you ❤️ #dirtythirty #flirtythirty #babybear.”
Celebrity friend and Britain’s Got Talent Judge Amanda Holden commented a love heart emoji under the post, while TV personality Denise Welch said: “Happy birthday lovely Tom.”
The actress met personal trainer and cameraman Tom during a yoga class in 2017, with the pair quickly becoming an item.
In the past Tamzin has defended her relationship with her partner who is 20 years her junior.
Speaking to The Sun she explained how she would never want to get in the way of Tom living his life.

She said: “Right now we’re in a really lovely place and I have a very full life. Tom is my partner and my lover. I’m not going to stop him living his life at this age. I’m very aware of that and I’m not being frivolous with my affections. I’m being a realist.
“But if he decides that’s what he wants in the future then he will go off and there’s no one in the world, surely, that would physically be able to stop somebody else wanting to do that — and why would I anyway?
“Why would I want him to be with me if he wanted something else? The main thing is that I’m living in the now, which I’ve never really done. I’ve always been like, ‘Oh, when I have a kid’; ‘Oh, when I get married’; ‘Oh, when I buy that house’.
“Whereas now, for the first time in my life, I’m not going, ‘Oh, when I . . . ’ anything.”
Tamzin was previously married to Welsh actor Tom Ellis who is best known for playing Lucifer in the Fox fantasy series of the same name.
The couple were married from 2006 until 2014 and have two daughters together, Flora, 12 and Marnie, eight.
Tamzin has said she has not ruled out having a child with her current boyfriend, although “it’s not on the cards” at this present time.
