Line of Duty fans sickened as Jo Davidson discovers truth about her real father

Line of Duty fans were gobsmacked as they tuned into the latest episode of the BBC drama and discovered more about DCI Jo Davidson.

Episode five shed more light on the the nauseating family tree of the bent copper as she was taken into custody and grilled in an interrogation room.

Clearly broken, Jo confessed to having been coerced into a life of crime and was recruited by her dodgy ‘Uncle Tommy’ to join the force as a corrupt cop aged just 16.

Jo told DI Kate Fleming that her dad was a bent copper, but while under interrogation she revealed that her mum was raped and refused to say any more about her ‘dad’.

DCI Jo Davidson found out that her uncle Tommy Hunter was also her real father

But it turns out that Jo is actually related to crime lord Tommy Hunter in more ways than one and she is a child of incest.

Viewers tuning into the latest instalment of the hit crime series were disgusted by the revelation and took to Twitter to comment.

One person posted: “OMG!!! Her uncle and father?! Thats sick. #LineofDuty,” while another tweeted: “i’m going to be sick, INCEST?????? #LineOfDuty.”

Jo was visibly upset and disturbed when she found out the truth about her biological father and detailed how her mother was raped.

However, she continued to answer “no comment” as she was interrogated about what she knew in regards to the OCG.
