Former TOWIE star Lauren Goodger and partner Charles Drury welcomed a little girl named Larose on July 20
Lauren Goodger has been snapped out and about with her new baby daughter for the first time since giving birth.
The former TOWIE star looked engrossed in her phone in the photos captured and seemed occupied with snapping selfies while her friend pushed newborn Larose along in her pram.
Reality star Lauren became a first-time mum on July 20 when she welcomed little tot Larose with beau Charles Drury, and during her recent excursion with her pal and daughter, she ensured she cut a casual figure.
The curvy star, 34, strolled along in black leggings teamed with a zipped up hooded jumper.
Lauren continued her relaxed style by slipping her feet into slider sandals and covered her eyes with a pair of oversized shades.
The mother of one styled her long hair extensions in a sleek style and clipped a section off her face.
She appeared to have applied a generous amount of bronzer to her face to ensure she glowed during the gloomy day.
Larose was tucked up in a black pushchair during the outing and Lauren’s friend appeared content in driving the buggy as she chatted away to the Essex native.
Lauren has been open about her pregnancy journey and recently revealed how she gave birth standing up.
She revealed during an Instagram Q and A: “I actually gave birth standing up… so the last part I pushed her out standing up.”
Lauren also said she had a reflexology session and, within ten minutes of the relaxing treatment, her waters broke.
Reflecting on her baby’s birth, Lauren said: “I just got into my zone and took each contraction as it came and each one brought me closer to my daughter.
“The pain was the same in or out the water but I preferred being in the water.
“My baby girl Larose was born in 7 hours in my living room – gas and air only.
“I had my amazing midwife with me and another midwife arrived towards the end.
“No complications. Look into your birth plan and choose the best option for you.
“I just love every single minute with her… she is my life.”
Last month, Lauren announced the arrival of her baby daughter in a post of her and Charles in which they could be seen holding their daughter’s hand.
She wrote: “Welcome to the world out baby girl have arrived…. Mummy and Daddy are so in love with you.”
First-time dad Charles also commented on the post writing, “I’m so proud of you and love you both so much. I can’t believe our beautiful little princess is here.”
After the birth, Lauren had radio silence on social media for a few days but she returned with an apology to her followers before explaining what had been happening.
In a lengthy caption on Instagram, she wrote: “Sorry I’ve been quite guys I haven’t been on my phone much, enjoying this special time with my little family baby girl and Charlie.
“I just want to say thank you for all the likes, comments and DMs I have seen them I just haven’t been on my phone as much,” she said.
Lauren added: “Baby girl has been getting all mummy’s love time and attention – the most amazing previous baby girl I’ve ever seen, felt, smelt and loved in all my life.”
Finishing off the message on her post, she said: “My life is complete.. I am so happy I know everyone is dying to see her.”
In the background of her story, she has an emotional song playing, My Precious Baby girl by Wicked Ear Candy.
