Ant McPartlin and Lisa Armstrong appeared to have one of the most solid marriages in showbiz.
The pair met at the start of their respective careers and quickly became teenage sweethearts.
A 23 year relationship followed, including 11 of those married, that saw Ant rise to the top of the ITV presenting ladder with his pal Declan Donnelly, while Lisa became a vital part of the Strictly Come Dancing family as chief make-up artist.
Reports that the seemingly perfect pair had gone their separate ways in January 2018 sent shockwaves through the entertainment industry, with fans equally taken aback by the news.

There more shocks to come as months after the marital split, an increasing number of photos emerged of Ant out and about with PA Anne-Marie Corbett.
From friendly dog walks to taking out the bins and even sorting out a packed lunch, Anne-Marie never appeared far from Ant’s side.
Soon after the pictures made headlines, it was revealed that the pair had become an item.
A spurned Lisa opted to keep quiet over her shock at the new couple, with the exception of liking a few barbed tweets from her supporters slamming her estranged husband for seemingly moving on so quickly.
A turbulent 24 months followed for Lisa who after splitting with Ant, then went on to lose her job on Britain’s Got Talent.
It was reported that Lisa’s ties with the show were cut just as Ant was returning to work following his six month hiatus after his drink-drive scandal.
Giving away her feelings at the situation, Lisa responded to a tweet that read ‘”Sorry [but] @lisaAmakeup being axed is just… ridiculous !! Why should she be punished?!,’ penning: “Exactly hun.”
However, she suffered her greatest loss with the death of her beloved dad Derek following his long battle with cancer in May 2019.

Despite numerous setbacks, Lisa has come out fighting and enjoyed a new lease of life since parting ways with her TV presenter ex.
She has bagged herself a handsome young man, a new home, revamped her career and given herself an image overhaul.

In August last year, Lisa was spotted with a huge grin on her face as she enjoyed a romantic park date with her new man James Green.
The relationship was said to have started before lockdown and is the make-up mogul’s first since splitting with Ant.
After Lisa’s romance with James, who is six years her junior, hit the headlines a fan tweeted to Lisa: “Yes Lisa! He is fit! So chuffed for you, get in!!!”
Lisa reshared the message with her 142,000 followers and added three smiley face emojis.
She also liked another tweet from a fan that told her : “You f***ing Queen.”
One year on, the loved-up pair are continuing to go from strength to strength with Lisa revealing they’d headed off on vacation days before Ant’s second trip down the aisle.
Multi-million pound home
After her divorce from Ant, Lisa packed up and left their former marital home and moved into a rumoured £3.85million home in London.
Before the move, Lisa got would could be sent to be the ultimate revenge as her ex’s belongings were spotted piled up in the street.
Lisa dumped the unwanted items outside the gate of her home with a sign saying: “Help yourself”
Meanwhile, artwork, furniture and clothes were seen being loaded out of Ant and Lisa’s old love nest and packed into a removal van ready for the Strictly star’s fresh start.
In keeping with out with the old and in with the new, Lisa embraced a whole new look in the wake of her split from Ant.
She dyed her natural brunette locks a shocking shade of blonde and cropped her hair into a neat pixie ‘do.
The star also appeared to be getting more adventurous with her make-up and style.
Basking in her new found confidence, Lisa’s pouty selfies became a staple of her Instagram page during the first year of her break-up.
Lisa’s glamorous new look won huge praise from fans who clamoured to compliment her bold hair choices and eye-popping lipstick shades.
After having spent years in the industry applying make-up to a whole host of famous faces, Lisa seized the chance to launch her very own line.
With her beauty expertise and thousands of loyal fans, Lisa was the ideal choice for make-up brand Avon to collaborate with.
The mogul revealed that she had named the lipstick and lipliners in her collection after her closest friends who helped her through the tough times.
Lisa said she had suffered through the ‘rainiest of days’ but wanted to honour her loyal girlfriends who helped her through.
She may have lost her role on Britain’s Got Talent, but Lisa was snapped up my make-up show Glow Up.
Lisa made a special guest appearance on the BBC Three show, which bits hopeful make-up artists against each other.
The expert appeared in a special Strictly themed show where she pulled no punches with her direct and tough-talking advice.

While she was happy to dive into new projects, Lisa’s heart will always be with the BBC dance show – with whom she has been honoured with a number of accolades in recent years.
In 2019 she was handed a Royal Television Society Craft Award to acknowledge her work on Strictly Come Dancing.
Lisa beamed from ear to ear as she posed with her statue in the press room after.
“So this actually happened….. so so happy!!! Totally overwhelmed and thrilled all rolled into one,” she captioned her Instagram snap.
